Peter Owunna has over 16years experience in financial services, performing strategic consulting in the areas of new business and product development, process improvement and organizational transformation, acquisition and market strategy, technology strategy and implementation, as well as project management.

Ignacio Orbe - Technical Project Manager & Consultancy

  • Supervision and Project manager for a Reverse Osmosis Plant in Contadora Island, Republic of Panamá (1994), 300,000 USD.
  • Supply, installation and start up of a water treatment plants for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Argentina (1999), 15,000,000 USD.

Nobert Shialsuk - Executive Director, Project Management

Norbert Shialsuk is a Project Development Specialist having successfully developed various Upstream and Downstream Oil and Gas projects in addition to involvement in development of studies for the Power / Energy Sector in Nigeria and across West Africa. His extensive experience in the Energy Industry spans 14years.

Thabo Motea - Executive Director, Finance

With over 20 years of post-graduate experience, Thabo’s career has seen him through Financial Services, Business and Project Management as well as management of strategic business investments majorly in the Telecommunications / IT environment, Energy and Infrastructure technology development.

Deborah Chukwuedo - Legal Adviser

Deborah Chukwuedo is the Legal Adviser to the firm. She is a partner in Accendolaw, a dynamic corporate and commercial law practice in Lagos State. She is a detail-oriented and experienced Solicitor with 10 years active and extensive practice in professional advisory, transactional and commercial law. Her area of practice includes advising on investments, structuring transactions, advising on regulatory compliance, Capital Markets, Private Public Partnerships (PPP), Real Estate transactions, Energy & Natural Resources and Project & Infrastructure.
